Tuesday AM @ The Gym

45 minutes of non-stop core.

15 minutes of me solo doing hanging leg lifts, hanging side crunches and leg raises on the Bosu ball. Then 30 minute with personal trainer who shredded me on the floor doing core.

I feel GREAT!
